Certain products may be non-returnable because of hygiene, personalization, digital delivery, perishability, or other legitimate restrictions. Any restriction should be displayed before purchase.

  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  5. CANCELLATIONS
    Request cancellation as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return procedure may apply.
